Getting Here
Flying in to Belize City and Taking the Water Taxi
Chances are you are flying into Belize City and want to know how to Navigate to the Cayes. All flights land at the Philip Goldson International Airport coming into Belize city. As you exit the Airport there will be a line of taxi drivers awaiting you. It always recommended that you clarify the price of the taxi before riding, but all in all it is the same price across the board. $30 a trip to the San Pedro Belize Express Water Taxi is the going rate. The taxi is roughly 30 minutes from the airport. Once arriving at the water taxi, drop your luggage and grab a ticket for the next boat available. The last boat to leave from the city is 5:30.
Flying Direct to the Island
Tropic Air offers flights from the international airport direct to the island. It is recommended that you have your flight reservation in advance. Always allow a little wiggle room for time delays in your travels.
Coming From Chetumal
There are multiples ways to reach from Chetumal and the Maya Riviera. The ADO Bus Service will be starting up soon. As for now there is a water taxi that takes approximately 4 hours to reach. Water Jets International provides the service and can be fluid way to reach your island vacation.
Coming From Guatemala
